Returns and Replacement PolicyWe do not have a restrict return or replacement policy.
Generally, we don't request that any print products smaller that A4 in size be returned before replacement if they are damage in the post or if product have been found to have a fault of some kind, although we do request that a photograph be taken and forwarded to us showing the problem if a replacement is being requested.
Photographic products larger that A4, especially any printed canvas products may need to be returned before a replacements is considered. Again, photographic evidence is requested to sort out any problem quickly.
Products sent to addresses outside of Australia that are not received, will not be replaced if the 'registered post' option was not initially purchased when the order was placed and paid for on the checkout page.
